  Local Terms and Conditions  
 
VALIDITY Will be 30 Days from the date of the offer unless specified.
DELIVERY Will be as specified in the offer from the date of receipt of Advance.
PAYMENT 40% Advance and balance to be paid against Proforma prior to dispatch.
FORWARDING Will be charged extra at actual or can also be sent on to pay basis.
PACKING Packing will be charged extra if required.
GUARANTEE Will be 1 year from date of dispatch against any manufacturing defects.
DOCUMENTS Necessary GA drawings, manuals will be supplied along with the machine.
INSPECTION

If required, is to be carried out at our works, necessary material for trial runs is to be provided by client.
ERERCTION &
COMMISSIONING		 Supervision charges if required will be charged extra.
Add Taxes 3% with C form or 12.5% VAT will be applicable
ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

Erection & Commissioning is provided at an additional charge as will be mentioned in the offer.
INSURANCE

Insurance is to be covered by the Buyer we will not be responsible for any damage caused due to handling during transportation.
 
 
 
  Once an order placed cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever.  
 
 
  Excise if applicable will be charged extra at the rate prevailing
